- It's just me. That's part of why customers stick around — the same person mows your lawn every week. I keep the route small enough that nobody falls off the schedule.
- Per visit is fine, monthly flat-rate is also fine — whichever you prefer. I don't ask for a card on file or any kind of contract. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or check all work.
- Yes, and I do pre-listing yard cleanups for realtors fairly often. Weekly customers come first on the schedule, but I'll fit you in within a few days when there's room.
- Most of north and northeast Austin — Chimney Hills North, University Hills, Gracywoods, Quail Creek, North Shields, and another two dozen close to those. I also cover Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Lakeway, and Manor. If you're nearby, ask.
- I push to the next dry day, usually the following morning. You'll hear from me by text the night before if it's slipping more than that.
- Yes — general liability. I can send a copy of the certificate to your property manager or HOA on request.
